Britney Spears Looks
Smoking Hot in Peach Bikini, Talks Effective Workouts, Diet Plan
Boast it, Brit! Pop princess Britney Spears ditched
(most!) of her clothes on the January/February 2015 issue cover of Women's Health,
flaunting her ridiculous figure in a skimpy peach bikini and velvet blazer.
The mother
of two, 33, beams confidently in the sizzling two-piece zippered swimsuit,
which accentuates her lean, golden physique. Spears rests her arms above her
head in an arresting position as she sashays one hip to the side to accentuate
her taut tummy (complete with her belly ring!) and her enviable legs.
Taking
pride in her hot body, Spears spoke to the magazine in detail about how she's
achieved her coveted physique. "Dancing is a great cardio workout,"
the superstar told Women's Health.
"Tough and fun at the same time."
When she's
not selling out concerts, the singer revealed that she keeps her figure in
check with high-octane fitness classes and healthy dietary habits. "I like
my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time," she explained.
"I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio—usually running— move on to
light free weights, body-weight exercises such as pushups, squats, and situps,
then finish it off with a stretch."
As for
nutrients? "I'm really into raw food -- sushi basically," Spears
noted, adding that she indulges in Nut Thins and "any kind of fruit"
to help keep her body fueled. There is one weakness, however, that the southern
superstar cannot shake off: "I love sweet tea!" she admitted.
Spears' latest cover comes nearly five months after her fellow
megastar, Miranda Lambert, paid
the "Work Bitch" singer homage in
the June 2014 issue of (coincidentally!) Women's Health. "If I
put on Britney, I can picture Britney's body," Lambert told the mag,
"And I'm like, 'Oh! Faster!'"
Spears
caught wind of Lambert's sweet statement and shared an Instagram photo of her
peer's smoldering shoot. "So flattered by this @mirandalambert!" she
wrote. "My sister @jamielynnspears just showed me. You look
amazing!!"
